TelecityGroup’s second Stockholm data centre, Stockholm II, is at the forefront of data centre innovation.

Stockholm II offers approximately 2800 square metres and 4 megawatts (MW) of customer capacity. The new data centre has been designed to provide 4 kilowatts (kW) of customer power per rack as standard, more than twice the current industry average, with high powered zones offering up to 20 kW per rack. Multiple connectivity options available on site are enhanced by the presence of the Swedish Internet Exchange, Netnod, which offers customers a high level of national and international peering and connectivity to the internet. Energy-efficient design principles have been used throughout the building utilising technologies such as free air cooling and sophisticated ‘intelligent’ climate control systems to reduce energy waste
