New Amsterdam data centre

Amstel Business Park (ABP), Amsterdam
TelecityGroup’s fourth Amsterdam data centre, ABP, is at the forefront of data centre innovation.

It offers approximately 4,000 square metres and 8 megawatts (MW) of customer capacity. The new data centre has been designed to provide 4 kilowatts (kW) of customer power per rack as standard, more than twice the current industry average, with high powered zones offering up to 20 kW per rack. Energy-efficient design principles have been used throughout the building utilising technologies such as free air cooling and sophisticated ‘intelligent’ climate control systems to reduce energy waste. In addition, multiple connectivity options available on site are enhanced by connectivity to the Amsterdam Internet Exchange, AMS-IX, which will offer customers a high level of national and international peering and connectivity to the internet.

Amstel Business Park is located in the south of Amsterdam about 15 minutes away from Schiphol Airport, ideally placed for businesses who want to locate their mission critical infrastructure in a central Amsterdam data centre.
